Design
Rather than a plank on legs, this bench is carved into a flowing shape where supports and seat blend together. The curves give a sense of lightness despite the solid material. It looks considered from every angle, so it can sit in the middle of a room as well as against a wall.
Wood and finish
Solid wood blocks are joined and sculpted by hand, then lightly finished to keep the surface warm and tactile. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, which means every bench has its own pattern. It ships in parts to stay safe in transit and is assembled on arrival.
Placement and care
Use it in a modern living room, along an entry wall, at the foot of a bed or in a studio as a display piece. Dust with a dry cloth and avoid placing hot items directly on the wood.

How long a bench do I need?
For an entry or the foot of a queen bed, 55 to 59 inches works well. The 73 and 86 inch sizes suit a long wall or a king bed.
Can it be used as a coffee table or display?
Yes. The smooth top works as a display surface for books and decor as well as seating.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, with a tracking link emailed to you. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
