How do sizes work on new arrivals?
Suits, tuxedos and sport coats are sized by chest and length: 40R is a 40-inch chest in Regular length for men 5'8" to 6'. Dress shirts are sized by neck and sleeve, and sleeve 34/35 fits men about 5'11" to 6'2". The portly pants use waist by inseam sizes, such as 42X30.
Do the same shop rules apply to new items?
Yes. Suit trousers and dress pants are hemmed free before shipping when you add your inseam to the order notes, and orders leave the shop in 1 to 2 business days. U.S. shipping is free on orders of $60 or more and $5.95 below that.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached, with no restocking fee. Other alterations, such as sleeves and waists, are done in store at 6 N Centre St, Pottsville, PA.

Are new suits hemmed before shipping?
Yes, suit trousers and dress pants are hemmed free before shipping when you add your inseam, or your height and shoe size, to the order notes. Hemmed trousers cannot be returned for a wrong size or change of mind.
How long does shipping take on new arrivals?
Orders leave the shop in 1 to 2 business days and then take 3 to 7 business days in transit, with a tracking link sent by email. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $60 or more and $5.95 below that.
What size should I order in a new suit or tuxedo?
Order by chest and length, so 40R is a 40-inch chest in Regular length for men 5'8" to 6'. If you are between two sizes, take the larger chest, since sleeves and waist are easy to alter and the chest is not.
