Overview
These are the terms that govern your use of the Bohorads store and website. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Bohorads. Our store runs on Shopify, which powers the technology behind your shopping experience.
By browsing, shopping, or using any part of our site, you're agreeing to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
Section 1 — Access & Your Account
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. If you're a parent or guardian, you're responsible for any minor dependents using devices you own or manage.
When you create an account or place an order, you're responsible for providing accurate information — name, address, payment details, all of it. Keep your login credentials secure. Your account is yours alone — you can't transfer, sell, or license it to anyone else.
Section 2 — Our Products
We do our best to accurately show colors, fits, and product details online. That said, what you see on your screen may look slightly different from what arrives — monitors and phones vary. We can't guarantee that product appearance will match your screen exactly.
Product descriptions, availability, and pricing are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities without notice.
Section 3 — Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase — not a confirmed sale. We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is officially accepted once we confirm it and your payment clears.
Review your order carefully before submitting. Once accepted, we may not be able to cancel it. If we cancel or change your order for any reason, we'll reach out via the contact info you provided.
Returns and exchanges are handled per our Refund Policy. Our products are for personal use only — not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 — Prices & Billing
Prices can change without notice. The price you pay is whatever is showing at the time you place your order — confirmed in your order email. Prices don't include taxes, shipping, or any applicable import fees unless explicitly stated.
Promotions, discounts, and special offers may have their own terms that override these Terms where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date payment information. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide and that the charges will be honored.
Section 5 — Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates — not guarantees. We're not responsible for carrier delays, customs holdups, or anything outside our control. Once your order leaves our hands and is with the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
Section 6 — Intellectual Property
Everything on the Bohorads site — graphics, logos, product names, slogans, images, copy — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected under U.S. and international intellectual property law.
You're welcome to browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content or branding without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state law.
Our name, logos, and slogans are our trademarks. Don't use them without asking first.
Section 7 — Third-Party Tools
Some features on our site may be provided by third-party tools we don't directly control. These are offered "as is" — we make no warranties about them and aren't liable for anything that results from your use of them. Use them at your own discretion.
Section 8 — Third-Party Links
Our site may link to external websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. If you click away from our site, you do so at your own risk. Read their policies before engaging with them.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Bohorads uses Shopify as its platform. All sales are made directly between you and Bohorads — Shopify is not a party to your purchase. Shopify is not responsible for any products, transactions, injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your orders with us. By using our site, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from your transactions with us.
Section 10 — Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm you've read and understood it. Shopify also processes certain information as described in their own Privacy Policy. Links to both are available on our site.
Section 11 — Reviews & Feedback
If you submit a review, idea, suggestion, or any other feedback to us, you're giving us a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it — to improve our products, market our brand, or anything else related to running our business.
You're responsible for what you submit. Make sure it's accurate, that you own the rights to it, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights. Don't submit anything defamatory, illegal, or offensive. We can remove feedback at our discretion but aren't obligated to do so.
Section 12 — Errors & Inaccuracies
Sometimes things slip through — a wrong price, a typo, an outdated product description. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a pricing error affects your order, we'll reach out to you.
Section 13 — Prohibited Uses
Use our site for lawful purposes only. You may not use it to:
- Break any law or regulation
- Infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else's
- Harass, threaten, or harm our team or other users
- Send spam, junk mail, or unauthorized advertising
- Spread malware or attempt to compromise site security
- Impersonate anyone else
- Scrape, collect, or extract data using bots, spiders, or automated tools (including AI agents)
- Resell or commercially exploit any part of our Services
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.
Section 14 — Automated Agents & AI
If you use, enable, or deploy any automated agent or AI tool to interact with our site, the following applies:
- The agent must identify itself in all HTTP/HTTPS requests by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string
- It may not mimic human behavior, bypass CAPTCHAs, or conceal that it's automated
- It must respond truthfully if asked whether interactions are from a human or a machine
- It may not circumvent any access controls or limits we put in place
We reserve the right to block or restrict any automated access at any time.
Section 15 — Termination
We can end your access to our site at any time, for any reason, without notice. You remain responsible for any amounts owed up to the date of termination. Sections covering intellectual property, feedback, liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
Section 16 — Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees that the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We don't warrant that products will meet your exact expectations. Some jurisdictions don't allow these disclaimers — in that case, they apply to the maximum extent permitted by local law.
Section 17 — Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bohorads, its partners, employees, affiliates, and Shopify are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs — arising from your use of our site or products. This applies even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Section 18 — Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Bohorads, Shopify, and our affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services. We'll notify you of any such claim and may manage the defense, but we won't settle anything that requires action on your part without your consent.
Section 19 — Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary — the rest of the Terms remain fully in effect.
Section 20 — Waiver & Entire Agreement
If we don't enforce a particular term at any point, that doesn't mean we've waived our right to enforce it later. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, represent the full agreement between you and Bohorads. They replace any prior agreements or understandings.
Section 21 — Assignment
You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our written consent. We can transfer ours without notifying you.
Section 22 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bohorads is headquartered. Any disputes will be handled in the applicable federal or state courts, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Section 23 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here. We'll give you notice of any material changes as required by law. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
