Light with Movement
The base spirals upward like a vine, giving the lamp energy from every angle. A plain shade keeps the composition balanced and diffuses the light gently. Shorter heights work beside a sofa or bed, while the 59 and 63 inch versions rise above a reading chair.
Wiring and Care
The lamp arrives wired and fitted with a bulb, but without a plug, so a plug suited to your outlet can be attached by an electrician. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, making each base unique. Dust the wood with a soft cloth and unplug before cleaning.

Why is there no plug?
The lamp is left without a plug so one matching your local outlet can be fitted. In the U.S., a standard two- or three-prong plug is attached by a qualified person.
Which height suits a reading chair?
For reading, the shade should sit around shoulder height when seated. The 51 to 63 inch options typically work best.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
