A Canopy on the Wall
The composition is asymmetrical on purpose. One central trunk carries the weight while the branches reach sideways at different heights, giving the piece movement instead of the rigid grid of a standard bookcase. The shallow 8-inch depth keeps it light against the wall, and the open spaces between limbs let the paint color behind it become part of the design.
Carved From Solid Hardwood
Every limb and shelf is shaped individually by hand, then sanded so the grain reads clearly along each curve. Natural wood varies in grain, knots and tone, so no two bookshelves look identical. Because the frame is solid timber throughout, it has the rigidity a wall-spanning piece needs for daily use.
Styling and Care
Mix a few stacks of books with ceramics, small framed photos and trailing plants, leaving some branches bare so the silhouette stays visible. Dust with a soft dry cloth and avoid placing it where direct sun or a heating vent hits the wood all day.

Measure the open wall width and height first. Each standard size is roughly as wide as it is tall, so choose the one that leaves some breathing room on both sides, or request a custom size for an unusual wall.
Can it hold a full book collection?
It is designed for a curated mix of books and decor across several branch shelves rather than packed, wall-to-wall rows of heavy volumes.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, with a tracking link emailed to you. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
