Plumbing Cutouts
Mounting holes for faucets and pipes are not drilled by default. If you share your faucet model, pipe sizes and where the sink and faucet should sit, the workshop can make the needed holes before finishing. This saves cutting on site and keeps the coating sealed. Once installed, wipe away standing water after each use and avoid harsh chemical cleaners on the coated surface.

Is a sink included?
No. The price covers one wooden vanity shelf only; the sink and faucet are purchased separately.
Can it handle bathroom moisture?
The surface is treated with waterproof paint and PU coating. Wiping standing water promptly helps the finish last.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, with a tracking link emailed to you. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
