Design

Construction and Finish
Blocks of solid wood are joined and shaped by hand, then lightly finished to preserve a warm, slightly raw texture. The sofa is separated into sections for shipping and reassembled at home. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, so each frame has its own look. Dust the wood regularly and avoid harsh cleaners.

The 59 and 65 inch versions suit apartments and studios, while 79 or 86 inches works as a main sofa in a larger living room. Allow walkway space around it.
Does it need assembly?
Yes. For safe transit the frame ships in parts that are put back together on arrival.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Free on U.S. orders of $60 or more; $5.95 flat under. We ship within the United States only.
Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, with a tracking link emailed to you. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
