This black peak lapel slim fit tuxedo is a wool dinner suit for grooms, groomsmen and black-tie guests who want a sharp, narrow silhouette. Peak lapels point up toward the shoulders and add a sense of width and height, and sizes cover 34S–48S, 34R–54R and 40L–54L.
Wear it the traditional way with a plain white shirt, a black bow tie and a cummerbund or waistcoat, and leave the belt at home. Black shoes with a high shine suit the narrow slim cut, which has a higher armhole and tapered leg.

Your size is your chest measurement plus a length: Short for under 5'8", Regular for 5'8"–6', Long for over 6'. Caught between two sizes, go with the larger chest; waist and sleeves alter easily, the chest does not.
A 40 jacket pairs with a 34" waist (6" drop), and the unfinished hem is finished free before shipping when you note your inseam.

Care
Steam, don't iron, and brush the cloth after a long day. Store it on a wide wooden hanger, give it a day off between wears, and dry clean only when it is actually dirty (2–3 times a year).

Order your chest measurement, then the length by height: S short (under 5'8"), R regular (5'8"–6'), L long (over 6'). Trousers ship with the standard 6" drop (a 42R jacket comes with 36" waist trousers) and an unfinished hem.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
