Natural Shape, Functional Seat
Knots, curves and branching limbs are kept rather than planed away, so the bench reads as a piece of sculpture as much as seating. Use it as a dramatic hall bench, a porch seat or a resting spot along a garden path. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, making every bench one of a kind.
Finishes for Indoors and Out
Two finishes are available: a satin finish for indoor rooms and a matte seal intended for outdoor exposure. If the bench will live outside, request the outdoor seal when you order. Size and finish can be customized, and features like a backrest or armrests can be added to the design.

Can I use it outside?
Yes, when you request the weather-resistant matte outdoor finish at checkout. Without it, the bench is intended for indoor use.
Can a backrest be added?
Custom backrest or armrest options are available, along with special sizing and engraving requests.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Free on U.S. orders of $60 or more; $5.95 flat under. We ship within the United States only.
Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, with a tracking link emailed to you. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
