The Garmin Forerunner 55 is an easy-to-use GPS running smartwatch that monitors heart rate at the wrist and tracks distance, speed, and route. It includes Bluetooth connectivity and provides up to 2 weeks of battery life in smartwatch mode or up to 20 hours in GPS mode.
PacePro provides GPS-based pace guidance, while suggested workouts are tailored to training history and fitness level. Built-in activity profiles include running, cycling, track running, virtual running, pool swimming, Pilates, HIIT, and breathwork.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
