For safe shipping, the rack comes apart into sections. Each branch carries a number, and an instruction video walks you through putting it back together on the wall. Anchor it securely into studs or solid wall before hanging heavy winter coats.

Does it stand on the floor?
No. It mounts directly on the wall and does not touch the floor, which saves space in tight entries and hallways.
Can I order a different size?
Yes. Custom dimensions, colors, and styles can be requested in addition to the three listed sizes.
How long does delivery take?
Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Free on U.S. orders of $60 or more; $5.95 flat under. We ship within the United States only.
Orders leave in 1–2 business days. Delivery normally takes another 3–7 business days, with a tracking link emailed to you. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn, unwashed item with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns are at your postage; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full and we cover the postage. No restocking fees.

Hang suits and sport coats on a wide wooden hanger and let them rest a day between wears. Brush, don't wash; dry clean only when actually dirty — two or three times a year is plenty. Steam out creases. Hems, sleeves and waists are done in our shop at 6 N Centre St; add your inseam in the order notes and we'll hem trousers before they ship. Hemmed trousers are altered to your order, so they can't be returned for change of mind or wrong size.
